Assistant Fundraising Coordinator
Looking for a Full-Time Fundraising Event Coordinator Assistant. Seeking someone who is eager to learn and grow with an event production company. Elite OC Productions is a full-service event production company that specializes in innovative design and concepts, venue transformation and event management. We plan and produce a wide variety of events from non-profit fundraising galas and private dinners, to fashion shows and corporate functions. We are a tight nit group and looking for someone who is positive, attentive to detail, takes initiative and can work well together as a team!
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Client liaison assistant and conduct fundraising presentations
-
Execute all fundraising components and designs for the day of the event
-
Assist the Fundraising Coordinator through the planning process and execution process
-
Assist with the creative fundraising ideas and fundraising design concepts
-
Assist with auction inventory prior to the event and registration preparation
-
Assist with proofreading all titles, descriptions, restrictions, etc. to ensure all information is 100% accurate
-
Assist with the day of the event from set-up, overseeing volunteers, handling volunteer orientations, check-in & check-out of guest processes and break-down of all fundraising components and signage

Assist with office needs- check the mail and pick up any necessary items

Familiar with online bidding platforms, such as GiveSmart, GreaterGiving, BidPal, etc. is preferred but not necessary

Quick learner, problem solver and strong organization skills

Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)

Proficient in Microsoft Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Avery Labels
-
Proficient in Google Suite Programs: Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.

Ability to learn Elite OC Productions culture and represent Elite OC Productions

Work closely & collaborate with the Elite OC Productions team to produce successful events

Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in the events and/or non-profit industry but not necessary

Minimum of an Associate Degree
Event Manager
Looking for an experienced Full-Time Event Manager with 1 to 2 years of event management to join our team! Elite OC Productions is a full-service event production company that specializes in innovative design and concepts, venue transformation and event management. We plan and produce a wide variety of events from non-profit fundraising galas and private dinners, to fashion shows and corporate functions. We are a tight nit group and looking for someone who is positive, attentive to detail, can be a leader and work together as a team!

Manage calendars and schedule appointments with clients, vendors, and venues

Strong attention to details

Manage event budgets

Main point of contact with venues

Ensure all food & beverage details are executed with caterers

Create and oversee production timelines

Oversee event logistics
-
Lead client and vendor meetings: create meeting agendas and send meeting minutes

Ensure all event tasks are being handled with the team

Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
